Dr. Neil Woloshin earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University. Following his undergraduate degree, Dr. Woloshin then went on to graduate from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Prior to joining Peninsula Dental, LLC., Dr. Woloshin completed his general practice residency in Reading, PA.
Dr. Woloshin actively maintains membership in the Delaware State Dental Society, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry as to stay up-to-date on latest information and best practices in the dental community.
Dr. Woloshin is a Certified Clear Correct Provider. Apart from dentistry, Dr. Woloshin is an avid skier and enjoys spending time with his wife and twin.
Dr. Judy, as her patients know her, earned her Bachelor of Science from Metropolitan University. Following her undergraduate degree, Dr. Judy went on to graduate from Temple University School of Dental Medicine. Prior to joining Peninsula Dental, LLC., in 2009, Dr. Judy completed her general practice residency at Christiana Care and worked as a dentist and dental director at a state’s dental clinic for children in New Castle county.
Dr. Judy actively maintains membership, by attending continuing education dental courses, in the Delaware State Dental Society, the American Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry, where she will be receiving her Fellowship in General Dentistry in 2019.
Apart from dentistry, Dr. Judy enjoys spending time with her three kids, to wind down she takes pleasure in crocheting, cooking traditional Latin food, reading and listening to audio books. Her favorite book titles are Glass Castle, by Jeannette Walls, and Chronicle of a Death Foretold, by Gabriel G. Marquez; when you meet her share your favorite book title, she may just decide to read it too. She will like to travel to Brazil, during carnival season, Thailand and Turkey, where she heard the food is great. The one thing Dr. Judy doesn’t enjoy much doing, sports.
Dr. Robert Park earned his Bachelor’s degree from Brown University. Following his undergraduate degree, Dr. went on to graduate from Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Prior to joining Peninsula Dental, LLC., Dr. Park completed his orthodontic residency at Case Western Reserve University.
Park actively maintains membership in the American Association of Orthodontics, and the American Dental Association as to stay up-to-date on latest information and best practices in the dental community. In addition, Dr. Park serves on the Executive Committee of the Baltimore County Dental Association.
Apart from dentistry, Dr. Park loves spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Dr. Kristen Hyland was born in North Dakota but has proudly called Delaware home since childhood. A graduate of Polytech High School in Woodside, DE, Dr. Hyland pursued her undergraduate degree at Delaware State University before earning her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from Howard University College of Dentistry in 2018, where she served as class secretary.
Following dental school, Dr. Hyland completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency through NYU Langone in Princess Anne, Maryland. She gained valuable experience serving patients on the Eastern Shore of Maryland before returning to Delaware to join Peninsula Dental of Millsboro.
Dr. Hyland is deeply passionate about providing care to underserved populations. Her older brother, who has autism, inspired her dedication to ensuring that pediatric and special needs patients receive quality dental care. While she does not personally provide sedation dentistry, she is proud to be part of a practice that offers this essential service to meet the needs of the most vulnerable patients.
Outside the office, Dr. Hyland enjoys spending time with her husband and their 2-year-old daughter. She also loves exploring her creative side through music, cooking, and baking.
Dr. Jonathon Cottone grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and has deep roots in the Delaware community, having visited Sussex County regularly since childhood to spend time with family. Dr. Cottone earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Delaware, where he graduated Cum Laude with a double major in Plant Science and Animal Science. He was recognized as the Plant Science Student of the Year and conducted advanced research on plant roots at the Delaware Biotechnology Institute in Newark, Delaware.
Dr. Cottone pursued his dental education at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where he graduated in the top quarter of his class. His dedication to excellence was acknowledged through several awards, including the GP Directors Award in General Dentistry and the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology Dental Student Award.
Following dental school, Dr. Cottone completed a VA Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency. This transformative experience allowed him to hone his skills as a general dentist, gaining extensive expertise in extractions, crown and bridge work (with a particular affinity for gold crowns), anterior and bicuspid endodontics, dental treatments for sleep apnea, and comprehensive treatment planning for adult and geriatric populations. After his residency, Dr. Cottone also broadened his expertise by working at a pediatric dental practice in southern Maryland, where he provided care for patients ranging from toddlers to teenagers. With his diverse training and experience, Dr. Cottone is well-equipped to care for patients of all ages, from 1 to 100.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Cottone, an Eagle Scout, enjoys exploring the natural beauty of Sussex County by bike, particularly in Cape Henlopen State Park. He has a passion for history, plays the piano in his spare time, and is an avid adventurer who enjoys rock climbing, swimming, and backpacking. Dr. Cottone is excited to bring his wide-ranging expertise and compassionate care to the Peninsula Dental team, serving the Sussex County community he has cherished for years.
Brandon began his career at Peninsula Dental in 2014 and has a love for Sussex County where he can trace his family heritage back to the 1600’s. Brandon attended Maranatha Baptist University in Watertown, Wisconsin where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 2004. Family and personal relationships have always been important to Brandon; he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids and is passionate about providing genuine care and amazing service to the patients of Peninsula Dental! Enjoyment of the great outdoors has created many memories from the time he was a child, so when Brandon’s not in the office you’ll find him out in the woods or on a boat enjoying creation.
